Qualification Requirement:

Applicants must have his tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation requirement:

The tax certificate must not be more than 6 months old from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.

Documentation requirement:

Credit rating report from a company that has a licence from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority to operate a credit information company in Norway, possibly from a company with equivalent certification in a member country of the EU/EEA. The credit report must be based on the last known accounting figures. The assessment must not be older than three months.
