Trondheim municipality, c/o Trondheim Eiendom shall arrange a dialogue conference for a framework agreement for inspection, service and maintenance of fire safety systems in municipal buildings. The dialogue conference shall be held on Thursday 28 September at 13:30. Meet at: Bytorget, Erling Skakkes gate 14.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Trondheim municipality shall enter into a new framework agreement for the purchase of inspection/annual inspection, service and maintenance of fire technical systems for the municipality"s entities. The service also involves rectification of errors and closure of deviations revealed during annual inspections, including any relevant material.

The Contracting Authority wants to inform about the scope of the framework agreement and receive input of the tender documentation from the market.

The deadline for registering for the dialogue conference is 26.08.2023. Register via the communication module in Mercell. The agenda with list of participants will be distributed to registered participants no later than 27.08.2023
