II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The aim and intention of the contract is to cover the contracting authority"s need for measures for children and youths that is not met by the municipality"s own measures.

The assignment includes measures for families in child welfare cases that are governed by decisions and measures in the Child Welfare Services Act, chapter 3.

The contracting authority would like to award 4 parallel framework agreements provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders.

The distribution of call-offs will follow the "waterfall method". This means that the best tender (the tender that achieves the highest weighted score) in this contest will be given first priority in call-offs, so this tenderer will always be able to deliver first. The next best tender will be given second priority, and will be able to deliver if the tenderer with first priority cannot deliver, etc.
