This autumn, Troms and Finnmark County, c/o Public Transport Section, will issue a call for tenders for all ferry services in Finnmark, with a contract start date of 01.01.2026.

In connection with this, parts of the tender documentation are being put out for public consultation, and the county invites all stakeholders to provide input on the documents.

Please note that this is an administrative consultation, and the documents will be processed after the consultation deadline before political consideration.

A consultation was previously conducted in the municipalities in the spring of 2022, and the input received will also be included for consideration in this consultation, so that if the municipalities do not have any new elements they wish to include, they do not need to resubmit their input.

Consultation input must be submitted via Mercell by 28.09.2023.

The deadline for input will not be extended due to the process being ongoing.
