The objective of the measure is to ensure that youth who are not attending school / working get employment /possibly return back to school.

Separate framework agreements will be signed for each of the service areas Nedre Romerike, Øvre Romerike, Moss, Indre Østfold, and Halden. The framework agreements apply for call-offs for 16 or 12 weeks duration for 20 or 30 participants. See the tender documentation for details.

There will be individual contests for each service area. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or more (including all) service areas. Tenderers must state the service areas included in the tender in Annex 2.

One tenderer can, however, be awarded a contract for maximum 3 service areas.
