The Møre og Romsdal County Department of Transport and Communications (Norwegian: FRAM), hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, is holding a new tender contest for transport services. It applies to the route packages:

- Route Package 4: Operational period: 01.01.2026 – 07.10.2035

- Route Package 5: Operational period: 01.01.2026 – 04.10.2037

We hereby invite the transport market to give inputs on our draft of the tender documentation. This is so that we can receive good inputs from the market as well as eliminate any errors that can be in the tender documentation.

In addition to general feedback, special input is requested on the topic mentioned in the attached note "Questions for Consultation - Route Package 3".

The deadline for feedback is 15.09.2023.

Inputs shall be submitted to the contracting authority via the communications module in Mercell.
