Market survey in connection with a framework agreement for IT hardware

II.1.4)Short description:

Agder County, 24 municipalities and associated entities in the Agder region will enter into a framework agreement for PC clients, including desktop and laptop PCs, tablets, screens, monitors and various accessories. The duration of the framework agreement will be two years with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the agreement one or more times for up to a further 1 + 1 year, for a total maximum of four years. Based on statistics for 2022 that were obtained from the current contract tenderer, the annual scope is estimated to be approx. NOK 135 million excluding VAT. The contract will be valid for up to NOK 270 million excluding VAT, or a total of NOK 1.08 billion over the contract"s lifetime. Pursuant to the Public Procurement Act § 12-1(1) that the contracting authority can carry out market surveys to improve the procurement. Through this market survey, the contracting authority would like to clarify whether the market can deliver a solution that meets the contracting authority"s needs. We hereby request written input/feedback on the attached documents via the message function by 22.09.2023 at 12:00.
