        Gjøvik, Gran, Jevnaker, Nordre Land, Søndre Land and Vestre Toten municipalities (hereinafter referred to as the contracting authorities) would like to jointly establish a collaboration with a turnkey tenderer of a welfare technology platform, associated technology and a response service with healthcare personnel. The contracting authority would also like a description of the opportunities the platform provides for integration with consumer technology such as electronic door locks, smart watches, etc.

        Better coordination within the individual municipality and between the municipalities will benefit the municipalities, services, users and their caretakers. The overall goals are improved profitability, better services and more satisfied users and caretakers.

        The procurement has an open enquiry without a detailed requirements specification. The chosen form of procurement is "competitive dialogue". This is because we want the tenderers" "best solution" for the purpose.
