        Point 3.26 of the contract provisions has a requirement that ensures that employees at the tenderer and any sub-suppliers that carry out work under the contract do not have worse wages and working conditions that those in the current regulations on general tariff agreements or nationwide tariff agreements for the branches in question. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will also check compliance with the provisions and put sanctions in place for tenderers if there is a lack of compliance with the provisions.
