         The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) needs several services related to translations and languages. The provider must be able to provide the following services:

         • translations to and from the official Norwegian languages (Bokmål and Nynorsk), the Sami (North Sami, South Sami and Lule Sami) as well as English

         • audiovisual translation (subtitles) of films to and from foreign languages and Norwegian, including sign language interpretations

         • text editing and proofreading
