        Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation Requirements: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. - Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or company register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

      2. Economic and financial standing:

        Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to execute the delivery/contract. Documentation requirement: The tenderer"s annual accounts (including notes and a statement from the board auditor) for the last 2 years. If the annual accounts for the previous year have not been completed by the tender deadline for this contest, the partial accounts for the previous year must be attached. A credit rating report from an approved credit rating institution (must not more than 2 months old). If the requested documentation is unavailable, the Central Bank of Norway may accept other documentation that the bank finds acceptable and relevant. If the financial documentation shows a negative development, the self-declaration form should contain a brief explanation, including an explanation of the tenderer"s liquidity risk (the risk of a company encountering difficulties in fulfilling its obligations).
