Oslo Municipality plans to procure a joint fleet management system for all the municipality"s entities, and needs information on what the market can offer. Fleet management here includes both systems within electronic driving logs, vehicle and equipment administration, advanced fleet management functions, and vehicle sharing functionalities.

The municipality"s entities currently own approx. 1500 vehicles and approx. 2000 machines. The entities have different needs within areas such as vehicle administration, electronic driving logs, key administration and booking, advanced fleet management, and sharing vehicles.

The procured system will be used by all road-going vehicles, but can also be used for site machines, etc. The system will see to the entities" existing need in addition to giving a complete and detailed overview of the vehicles" pattern of use and placement. The system must also facilitate sharing internally and between entities.
