Invitation to a market dialogue - Drainage system for pleural and peritoneal drainage for home use HMN
The Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust (Norwegian: Sykehusinnkjøp) on behalf of the Central Norway Regional Health Authority (Norwegian: Helse Midt-Norge) is planning a regional procurement contest. The purpose of the procurement is a complete drainage system (including permanent drainage) for long-term pleural and peritoneal drainage for home use for cancer patients.
In connection with this, tenderers are invited to a dialogue meeting on 12 September 2023. The meeting shall be held in the Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust"s premises. Address: Abels gt. 5, 7030 Trondheim
Registration and input to the requirements specification/price form is requested by 25 August 2023.

Preliminary drafts of the requirements specification, price form and environmental form are attached.
The contracting authority wants feedback on the requirement specification in general, and about whether the minimum requirements are too strict and limit the competition unnecessarily. The contracting authority also wants feedback on whether other requirements are unreasonable or poorly designed in regard to the service provider"s system/range.
The contracting authority requests responses to the price sheet in general.
Note that the estimated annual values for each lot stated in the price form are not currently complete.
It must be assumed that any questions or feedback will not be replied. Feedback and questions will form the basis for a revision of the tender documentation.
This is only prior information notice of the tender documentation and invitation to a market dialogue. The final tender notice shall be published shortly after the deadline for receipt of feedback. We reserve the right to make changes in the attached documents.
Input must be submitted via Mercell"s communication tool by 25 August 2023.
