         This framework agreement will cover the need for consultancy services and temporary use of technical personnel.

         Nye Veier is a slim builder organisation. This means that there is a regular need for consultancy assignments in all phases of a project, from planning to development and operation. In addition there is a need for consultancy services for other work than ongoing projects, including, amongst other things, innovation work, improvement work, etc. Nye Veier also needs to hire personnel in major or minor positions to supplement the existing organisation, or cover disciplines that the company does not have competence in itself. This need will largely depend on the current projects in the development portfolio at any one time.

         The framework agreement is divided into three lots:

         - Lot 1: Service assignments

         - Lot 2: Hire of technical personnel in accordance with the disciplines in chapter D1 point 2.3.

         - Lot 3: Hire of technical personnel in accordance with the disciplines in chapter D1 point 2.4.
