         The contracting authority for this contest is the following nine municipalities and one company in Sunnmøre: Giske, Vestnes, Fjord, Sykkylven, Volda, Herøy, Hareid, Sande, Stranda and Muritunet AS.

         Through this procurement, the contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for laundry services. The established requirements, specifications and award criteria are common among all participating municipalities and companies. The tenders will be evaluated together, but separate contracts will be signed for each of the 10 participating entities.

         The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for the hire and laundry of work and institutional clothing in accordance with the requirement specifications. The service will also include collection and distribution of the textiles for a number of service locations. The procurement will ensure that all relevant entities in the participating municipalities have access to laundry services of the right quality, price and delivery times during the contract period.
