        Collection and transport of waste from households and cottages in Rakkestad municipality, and total collections from approx. 200 business subscribers. The contract also includes final treatment of the collected waste, but the transition to delivery to EAC means that this will be adjusted.

        A total of approximately 3,800 household subscribers and approx. 200 business subscribers. Approx. 2,000 tonnes/year in total.

        Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.

        Documentation: Company registration certificate Foreign companies must present an equivalent certificate from a company register in the country where the company is established.

      2. Economic and financial standing:
        List and brief description of selection criteria:

        Tenderers must have the economic and financial capacity that secures fulfilment of the contract, including a minimum credit rating of A and a credit limit of minimum NOK 0.5 million. If a tenderer does not have a satisfactory credit rating, economic capacity can be alternatively documented in another way that the contracting authority deems appropriate.

        Credit rating A (credit worthy) carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.

        B: Documentation showing valid certification, ISO or equivalent.
