The aim of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of temporary health workers.

The goal is to have sufficient coverage through the framework agreements to see to the ongoing need that the municipalities have for services to cover staff holidays, illness, and other uncovered needs for health personnel in periods.

The contracting authority reserves the right to use up to 20% of the contract value to set up a DPS for resources that are not part of a procurement agency. This is so as to ensure that the services are provided in the best possible way for the municipalities.
