Dairy products were originally one of the product groups in the tender contest for a framework agreement for the purchase of food products and packaging, announced as an open tender contest pursuant to part 1 and part 3 of the Public Procurement Regulations of 21 February 2023.

The municipality did not receive any tenders for the product group

Dairy products and may then carry out the procurement as a tender contest with negotiations without prior publication, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) § 13-1 (4), cf. § 13-3 (b).

After the contest has been held, the municipality intends to enter into a contract with Tine SA.
