II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The project organization of South-Eastern Norway Regional Health for the hospital projects in Oslo invites tenderers to a market dialogue on vertical bed storage solutions
Two new hospitals in Oslo, namely “Nytt Rikshospital”, NRH, and “Nytt Sykehus Aker”, NSA, will be built – estimated to be ready for use in 2031. The vertical hospital bed storage solution shall store and transport clean and contaminated beds for all hospital floors in a shaft. Procurements are required for both the hospitals, which can be made through one or two contracts.
The contracting authority plans to procure the vertical bed storage solution contract(s) through a tender contest with negotiations.
The hospitals will have approx. 220 beds for washing in a central bed washing centre at NRH and NSA respectively. The vertical bed storage solution must be able to function as temporary storage for taking beds per floor plan, as well as sending dirty beds down to the bed washing centre.
The calculated capacity in the bed storage solution is approx. 4 beds per floor plan.
