      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

        Requirement: Tenderers must not have any arrears on the payment of tax and VAT.

        Documentation: The contracting authority will retrieve tax information via eBevis. If you do not consent to the use of eBevis, a tax certificate for paid VAT and tax must be attached to the tender. The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

        Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.

        Documentation: A credit rating based on the most recent known financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company licensed to conduct such business. The credit rating must be minimum A (Dun & Bradstreet) or equivalent.
