Project 1004501 - UiO, the Life Science Building.
Work site: Oslo
The assignment will commence on 01.09.2023, but Statsbygg is open for a gradual phasing in to get the right person. This must be specified in the tender letter if relevant. Expected duration: 01.09.2024 with an option for an extension.
A contract will be signed with one tenderer
Primary work assignments
- Maintain the project"s engineering design plan in close cooperation with the engineering design management, including re-planning the baseline, revising minor adjustments/clarifications, as well as carrying out QA on the reported progress.
- The progress planner will support and coordinate the contractor"s progress planners/engineering design managers in the preparation of robust, coherent, and thoroughly prepared progress plans.
- Further develop and maintain a procurement plan for user equipment.
- Plan systematic completion in the time plan (production/test plan) and engineering design plan.
- Establishment and further development of plans related to systematic completion:
- Engineering design
- Commissioning
- Start-up
- User equipment
- Hand over and moving in
- Training
- Follow-up of progress
- Preparation of relevant status reports
- Continually assess and propose measures in the event of delays
Until the project is competed
Tenderers must have a legally established enterprise.
Tenderers are required to have sufficient financial implementation ability.
Tenderers are required to have relevant experience from previous assignments of a comparative value to this contract.
