          The Contracting authority has an option for extending the contract with 6+6+6 months. The total contract period is 6.5 years.

          The contracting authority shall have an option for renting 4 additional bed-sitting rooms. (2 bed-sitting rooms per module)

          The Contracting Authority must notify the Lessor no later than 3 months before the provision of one additonal housing unit.
