Nordland has many young persons who are excluded. This group is a long way from working life and many lack formal competence. The youth commitment in NAV has the goal that young unemployed persons and persons under 30 years with reduced working ability find work or education quickly. This user group often has good digital competence, which can be built on for motivation, mastering, and further contact with working life. The labour market is in the middle of a digital transition, and local talented persons who are interested in data and gaming can be qualified through a digital course for young users in the entire county. At the same time we meet an increasing need in the future labour market.
