         Innlandet County needs to establish a new framework agreement that covers the need for Microsoft licences and licence management with a Licensing Solution Partner (LSP) as described in the scope of the procurement.

         The framework agreement is given an initial duration of two years with an extension for a further two years and then one year at a time for up to two years, totalling six years (2+2+1+1).

         The value of the procurement is approx. NOK 75 million excluding VAT.

         The maximum call-offs on the framework agreement will be NOK 100 million excluding VAT.
