         Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

      2. Economic and financial standing:

         Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract as well as any options.

         Credit rating, not older than 6 months.

         Tenderers must have satisfactory procedures for quality assurance.

         Tenderers are required to have a well-functioning environmental management system, or be certified for environmental management, or can document a well-functioning environmental management system.

         Tenderers must have experience from the execution of comparable assignments.

         Tenderers must have the technical and professional qualifications to fulfil the contract.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         A description of the tenderer´s quality assurance methods.

         If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standard, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.

         A description of the tenderer"s environment management system.

         Alternatively a copy of an attestation or certificate confirming the tenderer"s environment management system, for example EMAS, ISO 14001 or the Eco-lighthouse scheme (Norwegian: Miljøfyrtårn).
