        Ringerike municipality invites tenders to a tender contest for a framework agreement for the transport of sludge from treatment plants in Ringerike municipality and nine different treatment plants in four neighbouring municipalities: Hole, Jevnaker, Gran and Lunner.

        Ringerike municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for the transport of sludge to Monserud Treatment Plant in Ringerike municipality.

        The tenderer will transport sludge from six treatment plants in Ringerike municipality and eight different treatment plants in neighbouring municipalities, Jevnaker, Gran, Hole and Lunner.

        It is up to the tenderer to find the most efficient way to transport sludge to Monserud. Tenderers are required to set up a progress plan of which the contracting authority must be informed. All sludge must be transported to Monserud; in very few cases, situations may arise where there are problems with reception, and the tenderer will have to transport sludge to a neighbouring facility. Such as Gardermoen, for example. This must be priced as an option price. See Annex 2 Price form.

        The framework agreement will be valid for two years from signing.

        The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for a further one year + one year. The maximum term of the agreement is September 2027.

        The estimated value of the contract is NOK 24,000,000 for the entire contract period. Consumption from previous years has been used as the basis for the calculation. The estimate is only a guide and the contracting authority is not bound to a specific number of withdrawals.
