         The assignment concerns the engineering design and construction of a new nursery with 6 departments, a multi-purpose hall and outdoor works with a road, pavement and parking facilities, where demolition of the existing nursery will be carried out after the new nursery is in use. The new nursery will have 6 departments, but tenderers must submit an option price for 8 departments. The tender must include all described disciplinary groups from detailed engineering design to execution.

         The project will be executed as a turnkey contract with an interaction phase with a framework of NOK 104 million excluding VAT.
