AHUS is interested in getting into contact with a tenderer that can offer the equipment described below.

- A fully automatic analysis instrument with digital immunoassay technology for measuring biomarkers in low concentration.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The instrument must be able to measure neuromarkers in plasma/serum reflecting CSF-levels, hence within the ultra-sensitive range.

The instrument will be used in routine patient diagnostics and to monitor development of various neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative illnesses, ex. multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer´s disease.

In addition, the instrument will be used in research, and therefore a broad assay menu containing biomarkers within both neuro- and other therapeutic areas is of interest. Ability of multiplexing is an advantage.

Requisite targets:

Neurofilament light (NFL/NfL) in plasma/serum and CSF.

Beta-amyloid 42, Tau, Phosphotau-181, and Phosphotau 217 in plasma/serum.
