A joint development period must be counted in cooperation with the contracting authority and producer for the establishment of a final production basis. A cost item must therefore be included for the review of the construction. It is assumed that the necessary design work related to the delivery beyond the attached documentation is carried out by the tenderer. The contracting authority and their advisors are available for clarification and provision of any supplementary information if necessary. Contract form in accordance with industry standards and agreed upon between the parties after award. The competition will start in August 2023. Delivery during 2023.
