2023/1451 Parallel framework agreements for Construction work on properties in Bergen and the surrounding area
Reference number: 2023/1451Statsbygg requests tenders for framework agreements for Construction work for properties in Stavanger and the surrounding area
A framework agreement shall be signed for the following trade services:
NS 3420
Q, Joinery work
T, Painting and coverings work
N, Masonry and tiling work
L Concrete work
PN Flashing and guttering
S Roofing work (roofing and repair work)
The contract will also include:
Glass work
If necessary, the tenderer must also be able to offer delivery of asbestos and fire remediation work.
The framework agreement will apply for Statsbygg"s owned and leased properties in Bergen and the surrounding area.
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation: Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively Startbank-ID.
Tenderers must have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasized.
Documentation: Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can also be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
1. Tenderers must have secure implementation ability and suitable staffing to execute the assignment.
Documentation: An overview of the tenderer"s/sub-contractor"s workforce must be given. The overview must show the number of skilled workers, unskilled workers, and apprentices for all of the professional category(ies) included in the contract.
A statement of the proportion of the contract that will be executed by sub-contractors. The tenderer must in such event present a statement of commitment from the sub-contractor that the tenderer intends to rely on.
2. Tenderers must have experience from assignments with a transferable value to this contract. Transferable value means assignments related to maintenance and remodelling work in buildings that are fully or partially in operation
Documentation:
A description shall be submitted for up to 3 reference projects with comparative value containing information on i.e.:
- The name of the assignment/contract
- A description of the assignment/agreement
- Type of building
- The value of the assignment/agreement
- Start-up date and completion date
- The contracting authority and the name of contact person (this person may be contacted if needed)
It must be clear whether the work has been executed by sub-contractors or the tenderer himself. If the tenderer has not executed the work, the reference will not document that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. In such event the tenderer must submit a commitment statement from the sub-contractor that has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractor that verify that the requirement is fulfilled.
