        The University Hospital of Northern Norway Hospital Trust would like to invite interested tenderers to submit tenders for cleaning services at the organisation"s external offices and residences in Tromsø and Narvik.

        The procurement is divided into lots, as stated in the contest provisions.

        The estimated total annual procurement value is NOK 2,332,000 per year excluding VAT.

        The estimated combined maximum value for all lots is approx. NOK 11.2 million excluding VAT, assuming a contract period of 2+2 years (totalling 4 years). In determining the estimate, we have taken some additional consumption into consideration due to uncertainty connected to the future need. Attention is drawn to the fact that the estimate of any option is included in Mercell.

        Tenders can be submitted for one, several or all lots.

        The contracting authority reserves the right to award an overall contract to a tenderer, wherein said tenderer has submitted offers for several lots and the combined result is considered best overall, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 19-4 (5).
