The agreement concerns the purchase of 1 x Phadia 2500E to be connected to the K9221 Analysis Hall, Part I.

Terms for procurements without a contest, cf. The regulations dated the 12th of August 2016 no. 974 of the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) § 13-4, letter b are considered to be fulfilled. For the above reasons, we can only enter into an agreement with one tenderer, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 5-2 (1) a. The deadline for any objections is Friday 23 June at 12:00. Any responses should be sent to the contracting authority via the communications module in Mercell.

Explanation:

In connection with the establishment of the New Hospital in Drammen, a consolidated analysis instrument for allergy and autoimmunological analyses will be procured for the analysis hall, cf. the awarded automation system from Roche for "K9221 Analysis hall, part I". The selected system covers the current analysis repertoire for both allergy and autoimmunological analyses for West Viken Hosptial Trust (Norwegian: VVHF) and provides a significant gain in terms of resource utilisation and footprint in NSD. It is important to consolidate as much as possible, and it has therefore been decided to enter into an agreement with Thermo Fisher Diagnostics AS for a single analysis system for both allergy and autoimmunological analyses. The agreement concerns the purchase of 1 x Phadia 2500E to be connected to the K9221 Analysis Hall, Part I. Terms for procurements without a contest, cf.
