    1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
        List and brief description of conditions:

        Company registration certificate

        Tenderers must be a legally established company. As documentation,

        tenderers must enclose a Company Registration Certificate from The Brønnøysund Register Centre.

        Foreign companies must attach documentation that the company is registered

        in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where

        the tenderer is established.

      2. Economic and financial standing:
        List and brief description of selection criteria:

        Tax and VAT certificate:

        Tenderers must not have any substantial tax or VAT arrears.

        The tenderer"s annual turnover must be at least twice the amount of the tender.

        Here the municipality will use the average of the last two financial years.

        Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

        Norwegian tenderers must attach a tax certificate from the municipality where the tenderer has its head office and any

        approved repayment plan. The certificate must not be more than 6 months calculated

        from the tender deadline. Foreign tenderers must submit a certificate from equivalent

        authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

        Tenderers must provide evidence of satisfactory turnover by submitting authorised

        annual accounts for the last two financial years.

        By submitting a tender, the tenderer authorises Haugesund Municipality to perform

        a credit check through their credit rating system, Bisnode. A limit is set for

        tenderers to be creditworthy, equivalent to a rating of A.
