        The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the following products and services:

        - Procurement and hire of multifunction machines, both black and white machines and colour machines.

        - Maintenance / servicing of multifunction machines. If the contracting authority requests it, we would like the chosen tenderer to provide services connected to the contracting authority"s existing machines.

        An important goal for the procurement is to cover the need for this type of products and services in an economically advantageous way, which contributes to a lower impact on the environment. We are looking to achieve the goal by, amongst other things, identifying the document flow in larger affected processes in the municipalities and making these more efficient by using available technology and competence in the market for this type of products and services.

        The chosen tenderer will be expected to contribute with its expertise and cooperate with a focus on achieving the contracting authority"s goals.

        The municipalities currently have approx. 109 machines, most of which are hired multifunction machines. The machines that the municipalities own are mainly minor machines such as table-top models.

        It is assumed that approx. 80 % of these machines will be replaced in the next 1-2 years. The volume is an estimate based on expiring hire and service contracts and statistics for previous years, but it can vary due to changes in grants, organisation, and other framework terms.

        The entities at the contracting authority will mainly be included in hire contracts for the machines, but some machines can be procured, these will mainly be smaller types.

        The service agreement will apply to all machines regardless of whether they are procured or hire in the contract period.

        This is a framework agreement and does not carry any purchase obligation for the contracting authority. Changes in organisation, budget and routines can affect the total volumes.

        The total maximum turnover of the framework agreement is limited to NOK 7 million excluding VAT.
