         Tenderers must be a legally established company. Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from tenderer´s home country.

      2. Economic and financial standing:

         Tenderers must have submitted their tax assignments and paid their taxes, employer contributions and VAT.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         The tenderer"s annual financial statement including notes with the Board"s and the auditor"s reports from the last two years. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to require/obtain further information in order to verify whether the Tender has sufficient financial strength.

         Tax certificate. The certificate must not be more than 6 months old from the deadline for submitting the application. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to engage sub-contractors, tax certificates must also be provided for them.
