The contracting authority"s aim for this prior information notice is to have a dialogue and obtain feedback from interested parties on how we can best formulate requirements for a new framework agreement for legal services. In this notice the searchlight is put on the relationship between the qualification requirements and the award criteria.
The contracting authority intends to announce parallel framework agreements for legal services in Q1 of 2023, with a contract period of two (2) years and an option for an extension for 1+1 year. The start-up of the contract will be September 2023. We are considering having 2 to 3 tenderers.

Through this agreement, the contracting authority would like to attract and contract with tenderers that have both expertise and capacity in
