        The procurement concerns the commencement of a new contract for the performance of sales and and alcohol licensing and tobacco controls as stated in the provisions, requirements and conditions described in this tender documentation with annexes.

        Controls will take place of both permanent sales and licenses premises, and locations that are allocated sales and alcohol licensing for an individual occasions and ambulatory licenses. The sales and alcohol license control will be performed pursuant to eh Alcohol Act § 1-9 and the Alcohol Regulation chapter 9. Supervision is also required to ensure that registered retailers comply with the provisions of the Tobacco Control Act.

        The contract period is 2 years. The Contracting Authority will have an option to extend the contract on the same terms for 1 year + 1 year + 9 months, so that the total possible contract length could be 4 years and 9 months. Extension of the contract is automatic (one and one year and finally 9 months). If the agreement will not be extended, the agreement must be terminated with 3 months" notice. The trial period is the first year of the contract.
