      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

         - Tenderers must be a legally established company or consist of a group of contractors who are legally established companies.

         The tenderers must include in their tenders a tax and VAT certificate issued by a competent body in the tenderer´s home country or the country where the tenderer is established, which demonstrates that the tenderer have fulfilled their obligations to taxes, duties and social security contributions prior to any contract signing.

         Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract and must comply with the following requirements:

         • An average annual turnover of minimum NOK 75,000,000, for the last three financial years-

         - Tenderers are required to show references to relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner.

         - Implementation ability:

         1. The contract must be sufficiently staffed and the tenderer must have the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances in the contract.

         2. Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment.

         Tenderers must have an HSE system that fulfils the requirements in the regulations on systematic health, environment, and safety work in entities (internal control regulations).

         -Tenderers must be certified in accordance with ISO 14001 (2015), EMAS (EU Eco-Management

         and Audit Scheme for environmental management), or The Eco-Lighthouse scheme, with relevance to

         equivalent road projects.
