This is a Request for Information (RFI) where the purpose is to identify possible systems, and get in contact with suppliers who can deliver a friction measurement system in Norway. Tenderers" insights will provide us with information that makes future tender documents better and more balanced.

The background for this request is that the Norwegian Public Roads Administration does not currently have an agreement for the purchase of new friction meters. We are also looking at how friction can be measured in the future.
