RIH is publishing a prior information notice for a new framework agreement for the delivery of PCs and accessories. The contracting authority intends to enter into a joint agreement for Vefsn, Grane and Hattfjelldal municipalities. Tender documents have been prepared and we request input on these. These are attached under documents.
The contract will be valid for 2+1+1 year.
The prior information notice will be avialiable for the public until 12 May.
The contracting authority intends to publish the contest 16 May.

The estimated value is NOK 1,350,000 per annum, to a total of NOK 5.4 million, options included.
The objective of the prior information notice is to receive input on the prepared tender documentation, requirement specification and price sheet. This notice is not complete. However, it includes the most important information to the pending tender contest. The attached documents shall form the basis for the tender contest.
