        A framework agreement for lawyer services will be signed. The services include legal consultancy in the form of written deliberations, guidance via telephone/video or physical attendance at the contracting authority"s premises, quality assurance of the contracting authority"s work, assistance in connection with negotiations, and training in the specified legal areas.

        Tenderers must also anticipate assignments as legal counsel on behalf of the municipality.
