         The Joint Purchasing Office (FIK) intends to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the hire of coffee machines and water coolers and the purchase of associated consumables for the municipalities of Frogn, Nesodden, Vestby and Ås, as well as Ås Joint Church Council.

         The framework agreement covers the hire of coffee machines and water coolers, including service and maintenance thereof, as well as the purchase of consumables. We need a range of coffee machines and water coolers to meet diverse needs for functionality. There may be a need for connection to a payment system for some locations. Some locations also need to poor the coffee directly on a thermos flask

         There are several factors that could impact the scope. I.a budget, staffing situation, etc. The total value of the agreement is estimated to up to NOK 10 million excluding VAT for the five years (3+1+1) contract period.

         Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Documentation requirement: Where a tenderer is registered with a credit rating in Proff Forvalt, the contracting authority will use Proff Forvalt to assess fulfilment of the requirement. Norwegian tenderers registered in Proff Forvalt do not, therefore, need to submit documentation for this. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to demand/obtain further information in order to verify that the tenderer fulfils the requirement. If a tenderer chooses to use a parent company to fulfil the requirement, a parent company guarantee must be enclosed. The contracting authority will then use Proff Forvalt to assess the parent company"s credit rating.
