Objective and scope of the procurement/contract

Requirement

Møre og Romsdal County currently has an MOM system where much of the current documentation is unregistered. We therefore need to collect and structure existing MOM documentation so that it can easily be imported into the existing MOM system, and possibly a new future MOM system.

The contracting authority wants all documentation sorted in accordance with the building component table NS 3451, and all documents must be fully searchable.

Møre og Romsdal County has more than 100 buildings with a total area of approx. 200,000 m2. All current MOM documentation is either in original format or scanned as a pdf files. This amounts to in the range of 200-2,000 documents per building (many of the files are duplicates).

Grounds for not holding a competition

Based on the contracting authority"s knowledge of the market, only FINDABLE AS can deliver a cloud-based system that meets the need described above. Møre og Romsdal County would like to enter into a contract with FINDABLE AS.

The contracting authority will have a waiting period of 10 days from the date of this notice before the contract is signed with FINDABLE AS

The legal basis for entering into a contract is, therefore, deemed to be fulfilled, cf. the public procurement regulations § 1-4 b) and 21-5.
