        Bytoget (a new train operation entered into Flytoget from 10 December 2023) has a staff of 755 employees divided between train drivers and conductors. The proportion of men and women is approximately 70 % men and 30 % women.

        The purpose of this procurement is to sign a framework agreement with a supplier who can meet Flytoget´s needs for new uniforms for Bytoget.

        This is the qualification phase. Tenders can be submitted after qualification for qualified suppliers, using "Uniforms for Bytoget - Tender phase" starting 20 March 2023.

        The procurement must result in an agreement with competitive prices, consistently high quality of the products which result in a long life produced in a sustainable way, produced under good working conditions and with high transparency and traceability in the manufacturing chain. The procurement must also result in the selection of a full-service supplier that can offer a high level of delivery security and a high level of service. The supplier shall be responsible for the development of the products, production, storage, administration and distribution to units/employees at Bytoget.

        The supplier must also provide a modern and user-friendly web-based ordering system adapted according to Bytoget´s profile for Bytoget´s users.

        It is also important that the supplier has a well-developed customer service, with primarily a Norwegian-speaking customer representative to whom uniform managers and users can contact with questions.

        The scope of the procurement can be summarized as development, purchase and successive delivery of clothing that is part of Bytoget´s uniform. The uniform is worn by train drivers, conductors and inspectors. The approximate total number of uniform wearers is 755 people.
