      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         The contracting authority invites relevant tenderers to submit a tender for a new star screener for Avfall Sør in Kristiansand/Vennesla.

         The screener will be used for garden park compost, sandy soil mixtures, wood chipping, bio compost, bark, and screened remains from the compost plant. The final fractions vary depending on what the final product will be used for. (Finely screened lawn soil for structure for composting plant.)

         The screener must be able to sort into 3 fractions, and it must have the capacity to handle minimum 200 m3 an hour.

   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         Registered in a trade register or company register.

         Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

         Up to date with tax and duty payments.

         Requirement: Tenderers must have paid their tax and VAT. Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT payment certificate from the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate must not be older than six months from the tender deadline. (This requirement only applies to Norwegian tenderers.)
