         Die Therme Obernsees liegt bei dem gleichnamigen Ort Obernsees in der Gemeinde Mistelgau des Landkreises Bayreuth

         in der fränkischen Schweiz.

         Der freistehende Thermenkomplex ist im örtlichen Erholungs- und Feriengebiet situiert und liegt auf ca. 435 m ü. NN.

         Die regionale Anbindung erfolgt durch die Bundesstraßen von Bayreuth bzw. Bamberg.

         Zweck der nachfolgend beschriebenen Baumaßnahme in der Therme Obernsees ist die Modernisierung, Sanierung

         und Attraktivierung durch Erweiterungen des bestehenden Gebäudekomplexes und seiner Außenbereiche.

         Dieser beinhaltet die Erweiterung der Badelandschaft um einen Kinder- und Ruhebereich (Abschnitt 5), die Erweiterung

         der Eingangshalle oder auch Info-Point genannt (Abschnitt und der Umkleide sowie den Abbruch und Neubau

         des Außenschwimmbeckens.

         Die Arbeiten erfolgen während laufendem Betrieb des Bades.
