2023/11 - Pre-procurement market survey - Contract for the purchase of project tools for Statsbygg"s construction projects - Prior information notice

This is a request for information (RFI) where the aim is to identify possible products, systems, or services that suppliers can offer within project tools. Tenderers are requested to provide information on and describe the possibilities they believe best see to the needs described in this RFI.

The project tool is intended to be used in all phases of the construction project from the early phase to occupation and handover to the operating organisation. The aim is to achieve, to the greatest extent possible, a structured flow of information in the interactions between Statsbygg as the builder, contractors and engineering designers as suppliers. The aim is also to achieve, to the greatest extent possible, a structured flow of information in the final phase of a construction project where a construction project is handed over to the operating/managing organisation. Statsbygg also wants to use the opportunities that this provides to analyse status and trends during the construction processes.

Please submit a complete response to the questions related to point 4 via the communication module in Mercell by 27.02.2023 at 10:00. If required, Statsbygg will invite selected suppliers to one-to-one meetings for further clarification of the information and input that has been submitted.
