        The total consumption per year is approx. NOK 900,000. The amount is only a guideline and is not binding for FREVAR KF.

        Frevar KF must be informed immediately if products that are included in the contract are to be changed or withdrawn from production. The price structure for other products in the price groups, and for new products must be not worse than for the products that are already included in the contract. Please state what price structure will apply for other products in the different product groups.

        If new products are launched or replaced with others in the contract period, they must be delivered in accordance with the applicable contract terms and in accordance with the same price structure/calculations.

        The tenderer must inform the contracting authority as soon as possible if the ordering time changes so that the contracting authority can allow for this.

        We reserve the right to ask other suppliers for major procurements.
