         Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.

         Documentation: Company registration certificate Foreign tenderers must submit a corresponding certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises in the country where the company is established.

         Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         Credit worthy (credit rating A or equivalent) from a publicly certified credit rating company, with a minimum credit limit of NOK 0.5 million. The rating must not be older than 3 months calculated from the tender deadline, and it must be based on the last approved annual accounts.
