Work-related rehabilitation services - Oslo

The vocational rehabilitation shall strengthen the individual"s work ability and contribute to mastering health-related and social problems that prevent participation in the working life. The aim of the measure is that participants will get or remain in ordinary work.

The contract will be regulated by the attached contract terms and appendices, cf. Parts II and III of the tender documentation.

The procurement is subject to the Public Procurement Act, dated 17 June 2016 no. 73 (PPA) and the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 August 2016, no. 974 (PPR) with any later amendments. Parts I and IV of the public procurement regulations apply for this procurement.

This procurement follows the procedures for procurements in accordance with the regulations´ part IV. The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify and negotiate with the tenderers to the degree that the contracting authority finds it appropriate.

If negotiations are held on the parts of the tenders that are of importance for how the tender scores on the award criteria, tenderers will be selected after an assessment based on the award criteria.

The duration of the framework agreement stated in point II.2.7) does not include an option. The contracting authority (the Customer) has an option for extending the agreement for additional 1 (one) + 1 (one) year + 1 (one) years.
